Our rescue cat Rosie had her first check up and vaccinations today. Vet Charlotte was really thorough in checking her out and super patient and kind with Rosie, explaining everything to us too. Admin and nursing staff are equally kind and friendly. I can wholly recommend this practice.

We visit once every three months with Bodhi for his medication checkups, every visit is great. The whole team are fantastic.

To much information for a first visit, I ended up paying £97 ,the receptionist was telling me about pet insurance and I had to activate it asap, I asked the vet to explain the price of the different packages , I only wanted to pay for the first injection and the rest as and when , but when I went to pay I was told it was £97. Not what I expected .I asked did they have a leaflet and was asked what for , I wanted to make sure I was doing the best for my new puppy , feeding ,going out for walks ,injections etc .
